The Bach Aria Group

The Bach Aria Group’s well-known instrumentalists and vocalists have a mission: to make known the "buried treasures" of the Bach cantatas, with their hundreds of magnificently constructed arias and instrumental obligatos. The group performs instrumental and vocal pieces and features violin, cello, flute, oboe and harpsichord, along with soprano and baritone soloists. Newsday has praised their "triumph of music and scholarship."
