Annual Book Sale - Oct. 11-13 at the Police Activities League on Hayestown Rd.

Oct. 11 Saturday 8-9 am $10 early admission, Friends free

                           9-5 pm: Free admission

Oct. 12 Sunday: 10-4: Free admission, Books 1/2 price

Oct. 13 Monday: 9-1: Free Admission, Books $5 a bag

Books Donations

Grab a couple of empty boxes and sort through your shelves and cupboards for books, videos, DVDs and audio books to donate to the “FRIENDS of the Danbury Library” for their annual fall sale. Encyclopedias, medical and business books no more than 5 years old are accepted, along with textbooks no more than 3 years old, and computer books no more than 2 years old. Please, no Reader’s Digest condensed books. 

Bring your donations just inside the library’s Bank Street parking lot door by the “FRIENDS” sorting room. Donation receipts are available at the Lending Services desk. Thank you!
