Tuition Discount: a 10% tuition discount is available to current members of the Danbury Music Centre who contribute at the membership level of $150 or higher, except for the A Cappella Summer Camp. |
| Financial Assistance:
Financial assistance is available to students who could not otherwise participate. If applying for Finacial Aid, call the Danbury Music Centre. Partial financial assistance will be allocated based upon need, as long as funds remain. All applicants are expected to contribute toward the cost of the program. Requests must be made in writing and received at the Danbury Music Centre by Tuesday, July 2nd.Call for additional information. |
| Registration: Students, or parents of students, may mail in their registrations or they may register in person at the Danbury Music Centre from 8:00am 4:00pm on Mondays through Fridays and during the band placement evaluations. |
Final Registration: The last date of registration, without a late fee, is Tuesday, July 2, 2013. There will be a $25.00 per program late charge imposed after July 2nd. |
| Note to parents: If your child has any learning disabilities, please notify the Music Director(s) at the start of the program. It is the goal of the Danbury Music Centre to make the classes fun and to make each student feel good about his/her progress. You will help us do that by telling us of any special needs. |
| Minimum and Maximum Enrollments: West Afrikan Drumming has a minimum enrollment of 5 students and a maximum enrollment of 28 students. If the minimums are not obtained, the class(es) will be cancelled and tuition will be refunded. Enrollments, with tuition, will be accepted in the order in which they are received. |
Attendance Policy: Beginner Strings students must be in attendance the first two weeks.
All Band students must be available to play in the Concert on August 8, 2013, and any student who will be absent from more than 4 rehearsals needs prior approval from the director before being accepted into the Band program.
All other students are expected to be regular in attendance. |
| Refund Policy: Tuition will be refunded in full prior to the day of the first class meeting. |
Enrollment in all classes is subject to the approval of the Music Directors. Each Director reserves the right to reassign a student to the appropriate level class. |

Directions
- Danbury Music Centre, 256 Main Street
- Take exit 5 off of I-84 from either direction. At the bottom of the exit take a right onto
Main St. and proceed less than one mile until you see the clock in the middle of the road. The Danbury Music Centre is one block past the clock on the right, at the corner of Main St. and Library Place. Parking is at meters on the street and there is a parking garage behind the building. The DMC is fully handicap accessible. Use the elevator at the rear of the building.
- Broadview Middle School, 72 Hospital Ave.
- From the West, take exit 5, continue straight to North St. Shopping Center, and turn right onto Hayestown Ave.
From the East, take exit 6, turn right and turn right at North St. Shopping Center onto Hayestown Ave. Turn right onto Tamarack Ave., then left onto Hospital Ave. The School is on the right after the Hospital parking. From the DMC, turn onto White St. from Main St., then left onto Balmforth Ave. and then left onto Hospital Ave. Hospital Ave. turns right at a traffic light, and the School is on the right after the hospital parking.
- Danbury CityCenter Green
- The CityCenter Green is two blocks from the DMC if you are walking. In a car, turn onto White St. from Main St., and then right onto Ives St. The Parking Garage is on the left, and the CityCenter Green is on the right.
