String Ensembles
  begin on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 and finish with a Concert on Friday, August 12^th at Rogers Park Middle School.

West Afrikan Drumming
  begins on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 and finishes with a Concert on Thursday, August 11^th at the CityCenter Green.

  begins on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 and finishes with a Concert on Friday, July 15^th at the Danbury Music Centre.
  Rehearsals every evening for two weeks.

Band Ensembles
  begin on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 and finish with a Concert on Thursday, August 4^th at Rogers Park Middle School.

Tuition Discount:   a 10% tuition discount is available to current members of the Danbury Music Centre who contribute at the membership level of $100 or higher.

Financial Assistance:   Financial assistance is available to students who could not otherwise participate. Requests must be made in writing and received at the Danbury Music Centre by Friday, July 1st. Call for additional information.

Registration:   Students, or parents of students, may mail in their registrations or they may register in person at the Danbury Music Centre from 8:00am – 4:00pm on Mondays through Fridays and during the band placement evaluations.

Final Registration:   The last date of registration, without a late fee, is Friday, July 1, 2011. After that date, a $10.00 late fee will be imposed.

Minimum and Maximum Enrollments:   West Afrikan Drumming has a minimum enrollment of 5 students and a maximum enrollment of 28 students. If the minimums are not obtained, the class(es) will be cancelled and tuition will be refunded. Enrollments, with tuition, will be accepted in the order in which they are received.

Attendance Policy:   Beginner Strings students must be in attendance the first two weeks. All Band students must be able to play in the Concert on Aug. 4th and any student who will be absent from more than 4 rehearsals need prior approval from the director. All other students are expected to be regular in attendance.

Refund Policy:   Tuition will be refunded in full prior to the day of the first class meeting.

Enrollment in all classes is subject to the approval of the Music Directors. Each Director reserves the right to reassign a student to the appropriate level class.

Major Funding:

Danbury Music Centre,  256 Main Street

Take exit 5 off of I-84 from either direction. At the bottom of the exit take a right onto
Main St. and proceed less than one mile until you see the clock in the middle of the road.
The Danbury Music Centre is one block past the clock on the right, at the corner of
Main St. and Library Place. Parking is at meters on the street and there is a parking
garage behind the building.
The DMC is fully handicap accessible. Use the elevator at the rear of the building.

Rogers Park Middle School, Rogers Park

Follow the above directions and pass the Danbury Music Centre. Go to the end of Main St.
and straight into Rogers Park. The War Memorial will be on the left as you enter the Park.
Take the first driveway on the right into Rogers Park Middle School. Continue to the large
parking lot on the right and enter through the door to the right as you face the building.
Handicap parking places are in the driveway to the left before the large lot. The handicap
entrance is across from the spaces.

Danbury CityCenter Green

The CityCenter Green is two blocks from the DMC if you are walking. In a car, turn onto White St. from Main St., and then right onto Ives St. The Parking Garage is on the left, and the CityCenter Green is on the right.
