and New Milford.
Our 75' x 35' Field House with seating for 75 is open when
there is a program, or when advance notice is given.
The Field House features:
Audio-visual capabilty
Lab tables with 20 compound microscopes
30 individual storage spaces for students
The Pawloski collection of local rocks and minerals
A nature and science library
Outdoor Features:
Three educational trails
Two limestone quarries used until 1912
Wetlands and a stream for water wildlife and plant studies
A restored field to attract songbirds
A fireplace built by the Girl and Boy Scouts in 1932
