Computer
Classes
Danbury SeniorNet, home of
the areas most economical structured computer education, is now registering adults
for its new series of computer courses at Elmwood Hall, 10 Elmwood Place in Danbury.
For beginners with no prior computer experience there
is a four-session Computer Fundamentals course
($25) beginning Sep. 8th. Also four
sessions is E-mail Made Easy ($25) starting Oct.
20th.
The following courses are eight sessions and four weeks
long: Introduction
to Personal Computers ($40) starting Sep. 22nd and Using MS Excel ($40), starting Sep. 9th.
A File Maintenance Workshop (Wheres My Stuff?)
is being offered Oct. 7th and 9th. Another
workshop on all aspects of Digital Wizardry Workshop
(using freely available software) will be given on Oct. 20th and 22nd. Each two-session workshop is only $10.
Customized
one-on-one instruction, for only $10 per session, is also offered on Thursdays starting
Sep. 11th.
All courses and workshops are held at the Danbury
Senior Center Annex (Old Jail), 80 Main St.
